Is this what the weather manipulation is all about? - I can see this now- cause absolute weather chaos and the people will, out of desperation call for a united world front, that is after many people are driven from their homes, jobs, and land because it is not fit for occupation.

Imagine half the world migrating at any one time, disease, starvation, dependents, fighting, bribery, and the last man standing gets to be king of what ever is left.

They are doing this before our very eyes perhaps each country has agreed to make it contribution to the Sacrifice . Human lives are an unwanted commodity it seems.
I object most strongly to plans such as these.
