Some people think it's some made up bullshit, but I really believe in the effect of it. We are all made out of energy. Everything is made out of atoms and atoms is a pure form of energy.
Law of Attraction works in this way:
Everything you think, say and visualize with a concentrated form of energy – materializes in to reality. Like they say "if you wish hard enough, your wish might come true". This is the law of attraction. You attract what you send out to the universe. If you are a negative person, you will attract negative things. If you are a positive person, you will attract positive things.
I've been practicing Law of Attraction on and off. Now since I'm spiritually in tune with myself again, I'm back in it and this time I'm doing it 100% properly.
Since I'm very focused on reaching my goals & dreams, Law of Attraction is my spiritual tool box to achieve it all.
Because I know that I'm the writer behind my own life story.
Whatever I decide for can get achieved. This is the fortune we have of being born in the western society and I will take this golden opportunity. My mind is now set and ready to bring it on.
How have I implemented law of attraction in my life?
Lastly, Law of attraction will happen if you really put effort, energy and a lot of positive mind to it. Then it's bound to success. The reason why not many people manage with this, is because most people sabotage for themselves with their negative patterns or "it won't work" mentality. Don't become one of them. I've promised myself not to.
Let's all get the chance to live our dream life and to be happy and get everything we desire.

Your Ability to Manifest (Law of Attraction), Explained Simply
As people all over the world (and possibly yourself) are all beginning to remember, we are creating our own realities through our thoughts and emotions. Through the studies of quantum physics and quantum mechanics, scientists are now scientifically proving what spiritual gurus have been teaching for centuries (more on this here). You may have gained this understanding through books and movies such The Secret, Think and Grow Rich, or other resources that call this concept the "Law of Attraction."
If you want to begin to manifest yours goals and dreams, practicing these 2 steps can be the beginning for you.
1) Get What You Want in Your Mind
The first step you to take when working on manifesting your vision into reality is simple; think about what you want. When you begin to set your mental focus on a goal, you begin to feed that goal more and more energy. You can feed that goal a good amount of energy through thinking about it, an even greater amount of energy by visualizing it, and the most energy by expressing the emotion like you have already achieved your goal. When we set an intention into the Universe, it is important to initially send as much of this energy as possible. Also, when setting an intention, you only NEED to set it once.
When I say energy, I mean it in the most literally sense. It has been proven that your thoughts physically alter and affect the world around. So when you use your thoughts to envision your goals, you are in-turn, giving energy to
2) Have Faith and Let it go
The second step is to implement full faith that you believe the intention will occur and manifest in the best form possible. So….how do you implement faith? Well, the easiest way to implement faith is to let go of any expectation you have surrounding the goal.
Now, you might be saying, "I'm suppose to let go of the goal? That makes no sense." I want to make this distinction. It is not about letting of goal itself, but rather what you expect the goal to look like or how you expect the goal to manifest. For example, if you have a goal of getting into a major magazine, instead of setting your expectation on a specific magazine, let go and allow it to manifest in whatever form is best. I share this with you because I used that exact tactic which manifested my feature in Entrepreneur Magazine.
You might also be saying, "Isn't it better to build up more and more energy until it manifests?" Here is an easy way to explain this: Imagine that your mind is like a pond. When you throw a rock (aka think a thought), it lands in the pond and creates a ripple. The ripple represents the journey of the thought to becoming reality – the further the ripple goes, the more likely it is to manifest. So, if you are throwing tons of different rocks (thinking tons of thoughts) into the pond all the time, you are limiting the distance each ripple can travel. When you let go after throwing the first rock, the ripples will spread across the entire pond. Therefore, without letting go, you could in-turn be keeping yourself from achieving your goals or making it harder for them to manifest.
If you have never manifested before, those two steps are the simplest way to begin creating your reality and manifesting your desires. Also, meditation enhances your ability to manifest and create your desires. If you want to manifest with ease and simplicity, practicing meditation can get you there.
Remember: The Universe always a greater plan than the conscious mind of man can perceive.
Be observant. Don't try to rush anything. Set your intention and learn to let go of the expectation. You will begin to manifest all you desire.

What is the right way to program?
My clients have continuously asked me about the various ways to program. Once you understand programming, you can literally program your subconscious while you are walking down the street. You probably already do this without even thinking about it.
That should tell you a couple of things about programming. First, it is easy to do; or at least it should be easy. Second, the simple program is better. If you have a complicated program, your mind must jump through all those extra hoops to make your program work. And third, you should not be stressed about what you program.
a Perfect Program for a Perfect Partner…
Let us take a look at a typical program that is likely to go wrong – Finding your perfect partner. I will simplify this to a few basic details. Most people will follow these steps:
Make a list of all the qualities that you want your ideal partner to have.
Make a visual picture in your mind as to what this person should look like.
Whenever you are making your list, you are likely to be thinking about all the things you want this person to be. But more importantly, and what most people choose not to think about are the qualities they would choose for the person to not have. Of course it is good to stay positive. But it is also important to have balance. To recognize the potential for negatives to be associated with a person is being responsible for you, and everyone involved.
What you THINK you want can turn sour…
A friend of mine recently met someone that "ticked the boxes" for him. Unfortunately, later down the road, he found the lady also ticked a lot more boxes than he previously knew about. A lot of those other boxes were undesirable. Now, my friend has a bit of a problem. He thought he had found his perfect match, just to find he has to extricate himself from a poisonous relationship he had not anticipated. There are always risks, and sometimes consequences.
Consider the "picture" you have created in your mind of what this person should look like. (Here is a recipe for disaster.) You may well over look your soul-mate because that person did not match the image you created. Here is a quote that is at best, shallow:
Science has also told us that many of the visual qualities of beauty are in symmetry. An example of this is if you draw a line down through the center of someone's face. (Please do this on a picture.) Scientific studies tell us, the more features that have their counterpart evenly balanced on both sides of the line; the more attractive the person would be, within reason of course. Another quality people tend to observe is skin quality; less blemishes and irregularities are more attractive. There are more examples of these, but I want to keep things easy to understand.
The odds are against you…
I recently was talking to a client about what she imagines her perfect partner to be. Low and behold, she is holding out for the Knight in Shining Armour. She holds an image of a tall, blond, blue-eyed wealthy wonder of a man that would suddenly appear and whisk her off her feet. Of course that can happen. But her personal details are not conducive to support that circumstance. But even though the odds are against her for this to happen, it is still possible; even probable with the right programming to support her efforts. She has a bit of work to do. It is one thing to get "him"; but it is another to be able to hang on to him. He will be in high demand from other women looking for the same thing. (This could also lead to finding the undesirable boxes checked.)
Finding a Partner is Stressful…
For most people, finding a partner that you want to spend a substantial portion of your life with and potentially create a family with is daunting. Would this pursuit carry a certain amount of stress? YES! One of the first rules when you are programming is to take stress out of the picture. You are talking about discipline. Even the coolest character can lose control when it comes to matters of the heart.
Review of Programming…
If you are not programming with these 3 things in mind, you are getting in your own way. You become your own worst enemy.
The Problem with Programs…
A client wanted a new car. He told me he was not having success with his program. He then tells me that he is actually programming for the "money" to purchase the car he wants. (That was the problem.) Often times when people program for money, they have belief systems that prevent them from gaining the money. Therefore the program fails. But if they focus on the objective (the new car) instead of the money, then they do not need to deal with their anti-money belief. It increases the effectiveness of the program.
I teach my clients to use easy, simple, and stress-free programming. Their results are much more reliable. Before my teaching, many of my clients had been misinformed about how the Law of Attraction and Programming really work.

Many people experiencing a heavy financial burden. If this has been your experience you can get help when using the Law of Attraction to get out of debt once and for all.
The Law of Attraction is a cosmic law that work every time and that works exact. There are no exceptions. The knowledge of the Law of Attraction can now help you to turn your financial situation around . You can become debt free forever! But do not expect things to happen just overnight. Everything is a process. It took some time to get you were you are right at this minute when it comes to your financial situation. You did not accumulate this debt overnight. The Law of Attraction is also called the Law of Love. Love is the highest vibration in this universe that is why love is so important. So what can you do to make this a total turn around when using the Law of Attraction?
Here are just 3 simple steps that will get you started to a debt free future:
1. Sit down and make a list of all your debts. Write down you the name of the credit card company, retail store, and any other credit you owe. Next to the name write down the amount that you owe and then make room for the amount of interest that you are paying at this time. Then take out another piece of paper that is blank. Tape the blank piece of paper and write as a headline credits successfully paid off and tape it on the left hand side of your computer the list with all your credits, owed amounts and interests on the right hand side of your computer. Now you can see with one look at everything you owe. As you pay off the smallest owed credit first write this down on the blank sheet of paper on your left side of the computer and check it on the list on the right side of your computer. Make a new list every three month or every quarter of the year. Compare it with the first list and see for yourself how every month gets you closer to your goal of being debt free. You can see how the amounts owed and the interest that you are paying every month getting smaller. Every time you are able to write another credit off write it on the sheet on the left side. This helps you visually to keep up with your finances.
2. Along with this you want to get started in reprogramming your mind to make better choices when it comes to financial matters. You can do this by learning through books how rich people think. When you want to spend money or buy something think before you go ahead with the purchase. Ask yourself how often would you use this item and do you really need this item. This may help prevent you from impulse buying. When using the Law of Attraction you will learn more about yourself and how you can change thought patterns that are not helpful when it comes to money
Meditation helps you to work along with your subconscious mind to become a person that is debt free and takes full control over financial matters.
There is a heap of information available on meditation and how it works best for you.
3. Affirmations are also important when using the Law of Attraction to become debt free. Do not focus on how much you owe but think about how it feels to be a person without debts. This may be difficult to imagine for you but you need to try it. Remember that the Law of Attraction only responds to your feelings and emotions, so you want your feelings and emotions to match with what you want!
Feel debt free and financial independent even if the current financial situation is very different! You already have taken care of your list now you can set up a reasonable payment plan and stick to it. Do not sit down and worry constantly about it but look into the future at a time when your debts are not a reality anymore. Try to avoid t making the same mistakes. Learn from your current situation. Continue to use the power of the Law of Attraction and get the mind of a money magnet. Keep focused on that and you will succeed!

Our thoughts, emotions and feelings act as a powerful magnet, attracting circimstances into our lives. Whether these circimstances are positive or negative, is completely dependent on how we think!
This is the sixth of seven articles in our continuing series covering the core seven Universal Laws. The focus of this article is the sixth Law – the Law of Attraction.
Law of Attraction
Simply stated, the Law of Attraction says that we attract into our lives, that upon which we place our dominant thoughts. In other words, if we focus predominantly on abundance, solutions and positive outcomes then that is exactly what we will attract back into our lives. Nice!
There is a dangerous flip side to this law however – if we focus on lack, problems and negative outcomes, then that is exactly what we will attract.
You may have heard of Earl Nightingale. Known today as the father of modern day self-help, Earl, while working in the insurance business back in the mid 1950′s, cut a record called 'The Strangest Secret'. The purpose of this record was to provide some training for his staff while he was traveling on business. Earl's strangest secret was simply this:
"We become what we think about most of the time!"
This 'secret' aligns perfectly with the Law of Attraction and acts as a constant reminder that we must learn to control our thoughts. Truthfully, our own thoughts are the only things in life over which we have complete control. The challenge is to keep them in control and not let them run rampant with negativity.
For an example of the power of the Law of Attraction, you need look no further than your own life. Have you ever had one of those days, where everything seems to go wrong? From the cold shower to the burnt toast to the traffic ticket on the way to the office, to the grouchy boss, to the difficult customer, we have all experienced those days. It all starts with the way we think. Our thought patterns attract the first negative experience. This experience then puts us in a negative frame of mind which works to attract further "bad" situations. The more we focus on the "bad day" we are having, the worse things get!
The solution is to change our frame of reference. Take the negative emotions and change them to be either positive or at least neutral. Look for the lesson in every situation. Learning to laugh at ourselves is another great way to change our reference point. If we break the cycle of negativity, things will begin to turn around almost immediately.
What You Can Do
There are two things that you can start doing immediately that will help you to harness the awesome power of the Law of Attraction:
1. Ask yourself the question: "Do I focus on Lack or Abundance (or stated another way, 'Am I problem-focused or solution-focused")? If you answered, 'Lack / Problems' then set out to immediately change your frame of reference. Change your habits and thought patterns to be more positive and solution-focused.
2. Take full responsibility for whatever is happening in your life, be it good or bad. You have attracted the good as well as the bad, so taking responsibility will allow you to make the choice to change your thinking.
Positive thinking on it's own will not solve all of your problems, however it is one of a series of things that we all have the power to implement which will get us on the path to leading the life we want.

There are also a number of words that people who don't know about or understand this law use to describe it. Like:
Again, the Law of Attraction states that whatever is broadcast out into the universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance, or vibration.
The Law of Attraction delivers both what is wanted and what is unwanted, depending on the signal we send out to the Universe.
You attract what you are and that which you concentrate upon. If you are feeling negative emotions, you draw in and experience negativity. If you are feeling positive emotions, you draw in and experience positive life experiences. You can attract to you only those qualities you possess. So, if you want freedom and joy in your life, you must feel what it already feels like to feel freedom and joy in your life right now.
Seriously, take a second right now and see what that feels like. It may be hard to do if you have a lot of distractions going on around you. Take a second and close the door, turn off the TV or radio, or put on some headphones so that you have some peace and quiet.
Now, close your eyes and truly imagine…
What does FREEDOM feel like?
Does it mean changing your job or moving and living somewhere else?
What does JOY feel like?
What does ABUNDANCE feel like?
Okay, now that you've imagined it, close your eyes again and pretend that you already have it. Imagine that outside of the darkness of your eyelids is your dream home, your dream car, a safe full of money, a partner who loves and adores you, a healthy body, etc.
You cannot just imagine having it. You have to truly feel that you already have it and that you deserve it.
Now let me ask you this. How many times throughout the day do you focus and live in the space that you are in right now, after imagining all these wonderful things? And how many times a day do you focus on the negative things like, "I don't have enough money, enough time, a good partner, I'm fat, people don't like me…"
Trust me, you and I both know the list goes on and on.
How can we ever expect to attract a good life when we're constantly focusing on the bad?
The Law of Attraction is not a new concept.
This is not a new concept or a newly discovered law. The Law of Attraction has been communicated through the writings and teachings of some of the greatest teachers in history such as Jesus and Buddha. Although it has been fairly recently that the Law of Attraction was given a name, it has existed since the beginning of time!
Here are just a couple of quotes from their teachings.
"Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering."
Who said this? Jesus. Jesus showed that to stop suffering, you need to change your limiting thoughts and beliefs. It was her belief, which began as a thought, that stopped her suffering. He didn't say, "I have healed you", he said "Your faith has healed you."
Having faith is an empowering belief. What are your beliefs that limit you from having what you desire? It is those beliefs that will keep you from attracting everything you want in your life. You need to believe in the Universe and in yourself!
"As a man thinketh, so is he."
Who said this? Buddha. Whatever thoughts you focus upon will manifest into form and ultimately create your reality.
"We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make our world."
"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him like a shadow that never leaves him."
Let me also clarify again that the Law of Attraction works in both directions, negative and positive. Meaning, if you are focusing your energy on not having enough money to pay the bills, guess what? You won't have enough money to pay the bills. Now, let's say that you are in the same predicament and you know and have faith that you will have enough money for bills. Even if you don't right then, you will attract a way to have enough money for the bills. It may manifest as money itself, or as an idea about how to create the money.
The hardest part about the Law of Attraction is knowing how to put yourself in the frame of mind that you need to be in, in order to attract the positive results into your life. It's hard to not think about or put energy into the "bad" or negative things in life. Especially when they're all around you.
But when you start deliberately focusing on what you do want, and you do the inner work so that you are aligned with it, you will soon see manifestations of it. And that is what I am here to help you do!
