Do you feel stuck? Are you overwhelmed by pessimistic thoughts? Do you want to achieve more? Tapping into subconscious mind power can transform your life. It can help you overcome negative thinking and drive for success.
What is the subconscious mind? This is the part of your thinking that you are not fully aware of, yet it still influences your actions and feelings. If your brain is a computer, this is the operating system – the automatic way your experiences, beliefs, and thoughts are stored and interpreted. It whirrs along in the background without your ever thinking about how it works. But as with any system, there can be glitches or malfunctions. To achieve your full potential, overcome self-defeating behaviors, and achieve success, you can learn more about harnessing the power of your subconscious mind.
We all learn to do things throughout life. It starts the day we are born, and carries on over the years – whether it's learning to pick up objects, to tie your shoelaces, or to drive a car. We seldom learn to do something right the first time. It's only with practice and repetition that we actually cement the way of doing it in our mind. Unfortunately, bad habits and destructive ways of thinking can also become engrained. We learnt to interpret the world and tell ourselves stories to explain events, searching for meaning where there is none to be found. We can talk ourselves out of success, or create our own anxieties. We build bad methods into our subconscious mind through repetition.
If the subconscious mind is the operating system of the computer that is your mind, than the conscious mind – what you are aware of thinking – is like the programmer using that computer. The conscious mind makes choices and takes action – but all within the framework that the subconscious mind provides. If the subconscious has learned negative or self-defeating thoughts, it will influence your conscious choices.
Telling Yourself Stories
How does the subconscious influence your conscious thoughts? For instance, you might be chatting happily with a friend who looks away and checks his phone while you're speaking. It's your own subconscious anxieties and beliefs that would then assign meaning to that action.
"I must be so boring," you begin to worry. "Why else would he look away?"
In this case, you are making a conscious conclusion based on your subconscious fears and beliefs. In reality, there could be a thousand other reasons someone has to glance at his phone during a pleasant conversation. He could be waiting to hear from his sister in the hospital. He could be arguing via text message with his wife. He could be worried about the time because he has work to do. There are so many reasons for this one action that have nothing to do with whether you are boring or not.
Instead, you've interpreted the event in a way that brings you misery and anxiety. The good news is that you can learn techniques to conquer this kind of subconscious sabotage. By using the power of your subconscious mind and reframing it to work for you, you can achieve more than you believed possible.
Reframing Your Subconscious Mindset
Reframing is when you consciously choose to shift your way of thinking. Take the above scenario. You could choose to interpret the situation in a way that will make you unhappy – or you could choose consciously to think of it in a way that will not cause you anxiety. Negative thinking is a habit you can break.
The first thing to do to conquer these self-defeating thoughts is to be aware when you are doing it. Think first of the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you would not say an idea or statement to a friend or person you care about, then do not say it to yourself.
If your spouse told you about the friend who checked his phone during a conversation, would you instantly agree that it's because your spouse is boring? No! You would doubtless issue reassurances that there are other explanations. Do the same kindness for yourself.
Then reframe – take a new perspective – on the issue. This can be telling yourself that you do not know the real reason why your friend checked his phone – so you should just let it go. You are writing a story that ends badly – write it a different way.
Thus, you need to issue forth positive thoughts that counterbalance the negative ones your subconscious mind repeatedly creates. Instead of fretting that you are dull and not worth someone's attention – a lie you might tell yourself repeatedly – repeat positive statements to yourself. "I am fun, engaging, and interesting." With repetition comes learning. You are learning a new subconscious way to interpret the world around you. The mind has a surprising way of believing what it is told – so choose actively to tell yourself good things, again and again.
Reframing For Business and Career
These reframing techniques can boost your personal interactions, self-perception, and level of happiness. And reframing – learning to look at problems with a fresh perspective – can also lead to success in business.
Creativity in the business realm can lead to innovation, invention, and success. Whether it's a new product or a new marketing campaign, you need to reframe your way of thinking to stay ahead.
As Steve Jobs, the late chairman and founder of Apple, once said, "Creativity is just connecting things." Just like your mind can make subconscious connections that reflect negatively on you, your mind can also make subconscious connections that help you succeed and see things differently.
Photography is not just an interesting hobby – it can be a technique to train you to look at issues from a different perspective. A photographer frames a photo looking through a camera and forcing a certain view through a lens. The photographer chooses what to focus on, quite literally, as the photo is snapped. With your own camera, you can take a photograph of the view spread out before you – or you can snap the road just beneath your feet. And with your mind, you can do the same.
Albert Einstein is reported to have said that, if given an hour to solve a problem, he would spend 55 minutes thinking of the right question to ask, and just five minutes answering it. Knowing the right questions to ask is essential to success in business.
A question you can always ask yourself when confronting a problem is "What's the best way to get this done?" Inherent in the wording of that question is the assumption that there is more than one way to get it done. By asking yourself the question this way, you will allow your mind to think of many different ways to accomplish the task and assess them.
Reframing your perspective can help you turn a negative into a positive, whether it is in your personal life or in your professional life. Consider the old Christmas song about Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. He might have been taunted for his shiny red nose – but that is what turned out to be a crucial advantage that saved the day that foggy Christmas Eve. The nose remains the same – it was Santa reframing his perspective that helped him to see the value of Rudolph. We are all familiar with reframing perspectives in the political arena – any event, positive or negative, can be spun in the opposite direction depending on the attitude and choice of language.

I have seen miracles happen to men and women in all walks of life all over the world. Miracles will happen to you, too – when you begin using the magic power of your subconscious mind. This book is to teach you that your habitual thinking and imagery, mould, fashion, and create your destiny; for as a man thinketh in his subconscious mind, so is he.
Why is one man sad and another man happy? Why is one man joyous and prosperous and another man poor and miserable? Why is one man fearful and anxious and another full of faith and confidence? Why does one man have a beautiful, luxurious home while another man lives out a meagre existence in a slum. Why is one man a great success and another an abject failure? Why is one speaker outstanding and immensely popular and another mediocre and unpopular? Why is one man a genius in his work and profession while the other man toils and moils all his life without doing or accomplishing anything worthwhile? Why is one man healed of a so called incurable disease and another isn't? Why is one woman happily married and her sister very unhappy and frustrated? Is there an answer to these questions in the working of your conscious and subconscious minds?
Yes, there is! The miracle working power of your subconscious mind can make the difference. All you have to do is get hold of this wonderful, magical, transforming power, which will bind up mental and physical wounds, proclaim liberty to the fear ridden mind, and liberate you completely from the limitations of poverty, failure, misery and frustration.

This morning, I suddenly noticed that any decorative images which have big impact can influence our life if we often see it everyday.
While thinking about my favorite skater Johnny Weir and his ex's divorce drama on the news , I was wondering why their divorce drama is getting so bad.
I never imagined his marriage life was so tough while seeing he and his ex's twitter and the ending is becoming like worse and worse.
It's not my business, but I'm always interested in anything related to happiness.
They really looked happy marriage so it shocked me when I heard the news, and am wondering why it happened.
I'm seeing this issue from a different angle, trying to look at it with a spiritual view.
Because it's always the source to fix all the problems.
I wonder why Johnny was attracted that kind of person who sounds very low-self-esteem ?
According to Bashar and also other spirit guides , they all say the same thing, similar kinds of energy are always attracted each other.
According to the spiritual law, everything in the world has frequency including our emotion.
So it means Johnny and Victor have same frequency level of energy (?)
In the logical view, I found what Victor has been saying through this divorce drama is untrue.
There is a proof Victor called Johnny's attorney's office multiple times in January ' 2014, leaving messages seeking his own representative for a divorce.
Also Victor claimed to get the items Johnny has been owning before they got married .
However, I have seen Johnny was wearing in the past, also more and more etc..
But this is not the point I want to talk, because there is a reason why the ending of their relationship became like so nasty.
and while I was seeing many of their photos, I noticed one of their cushions that was in their sofa in their living room.http://instagram.com/johnnygweir
The image is of a Lady crying on a cushion.
When you put Johnny's lovely dog Tema with the cushion, it looks like Tema also looks sad even though he was not .(?)
Johnny and his ex -Victor were seeing this image which looks sad everyday.
This cushion was quite big impact to me when I first time saw it.
I think it's Johnny's taste, because total decorating arrangement looked artistic, and I loved it, but just only for this sad image cushion, I was not so comfortable to see and a little worried about their marriage life at that time.
Because whatever is in our subconscious mind , it brings our future.
But seeing their twitter and their photos, they really looked happy marriage.
Then suddenly I heard this sad news.
Johnny was saying that he has been sad for a long time since marriage.
So I suppose by seeing this image unconsciously or consciously every day, the image was deeply input into their subconscious minds.
I've seen and heard many stories including my personal experience about images we see everyday get the result they have been seeing .
I think in the movie " The Secret ", they also talked about it.
In this movie, a French man who is a painter, was suffering from his love relationships, and he always attracted women who are cold. and when a feng shui consultant went to his home, she saw many paintings which are ladies, but all of them looked cold, not really warm, or happy.
When she asked him about these paintings, he said he painted these himself.
And she said this is even worse when he was the one who were drawing these paintings, because it means that he was picturing with emotion while drawing the paintings.
She suggested that he draw and paint images of happy, warm, love bird couple paintings.
He did, and since then he met a lady who is match with him and they are having a happy relationship.
According to the book " The power of your subconscious mind " by Joseph Murphy, if you want to attract the result what you want, picture the scene with your happy exciting emotion without fear, and feel it as if it's already happening daily.
Before going to sleep and right after waking up are the best times to imagine - and feeling is the point.
And an image which has expressive face seem strong and powerful to me.
So, hopefully Johnny will decorate something happy image which makes him feel good, which is related to his goals of his life.

Subconsciousness… what is it really? For the sake of simplicity, let just say it's the super computer in your brain that takes care of everything you are too busy to consciously do. Actually, it's much more than that…
When you first learn to walk, you do so consciously. As you get used to it, you can walk while thinking about other things. You don't have to focus on the act of walking anymore. Your subconscious mind is doing it for you. Same for millions other things. It takes care of most of the daily routines, leaving only a few things for your conscious mind to worry about.
Our habits and inner wiring are constantly being developed and reinforced. Through practices and other means of external inputs, information is installed into the subconscious, and later it will resurface as we need it.
Our subconscious mind has other functions as well. One of its big function is to make our imagination comes true. For example, if you focus on a direction when you drive, you tend to drift toward that direction. If you focus on not to imagine a big yellow chicken, you will form that image in your mind right now If it's your favorite food, soon you will form a powerful desire to eat it.
The subconscious also guard our belief. Most people make true of what they love, rather than to love what is true. How do they do it? By blocking out any evidence that contradict with their belief. We all have met someone who put words into our mouth, who accused us of saying something we didn't say, or ignored what we did say. In their reality, they are right, because their subconscious mind blocks out what they don't want to see and hear, but create something they want to see and hear.
If we control our subconscious mind, we control our long term behavior, emotional circuits, and habits. We can even increase our IQ, improve creativity, and other skills. As a tutor, I see the most kids are extremely smart, but they are conditioned to get stuck at the current grade. When you believe you are stupid, you will subconsciously seek ways to dump yourself down. I see it happens a lot.
If you believe you will fail at something, you will subconsciously produce actions that sabotage yourself. This process is so sophisticated that most people who are doing it to themselves don't notice it at all.
On the other hand, if you believe something is possible to achieve, your subconscious mind will nudge you toward people and resources that help your cause. It will constantly seek ways to enable you to achieve it. Again, the process is so subtle and sophisticated that you won't notice it most of the time.
If our subconscious is carelessly guarded, it will absorb information we don't want it to absorb. The power of suggestion is very strong, and everywhere we go, we are bombarded by messages that other people try to install into our minds. Our environment is collectively designed by many different interest groups to manipulate our consumption behaviors, our belief, our tax dollars, and the media we are exposed to is filled with embedded suggestions and commands.
Later in this post, I will talk about paranormal activities our minds can create.
How to Program Your Subconscious Mind
Don't force it. Many times, our conscious mind and subconscious minds are at war, because we want new habits fast and we want them now, but our old habits are developed through years of conditioning. It doesn't make sense if God designed conscious mind can simply override your God designed subconscious mind in a moment. The subconscious is designed to choose what it thinks would benefit you most of the time, and what is developed overtime seems to benefit you most.
What about willpower? The willpower cannot wipe out the programming of our subconscious. The subconscious mind always win.
There are probably thousands of mental techniques to help change the programming of our subconscious mind. As Christian, our daily meditation on the words of God, and other spiritual practices, can form powerful belief and imagery in our mind, and thus re-program our subconscious. Spiritual practices can create trance state and open our inner parts to God. For example, the subconscious mind is open to reprogramming if we are able to associate positive image and feeling with new behaviors and habits we try to develop in our mind, and associate bad image and feeling with old behaviors and habits we don't want any longer.
Perhaps this is why the Bible has a lot of imagery, stories, and poetry.
Sport psychologists help athletes to improve sport performance by guiding them to visualize their ideal performance. Visualization is proven to improve sport ability, and even muscle strength. Simply visualize yourself doing weight training can strengthen your muscle!
Powerful Examples of Our Subconscious Mind
The mind is so powerful that it can create almost anything that it conceives (as long as it's within our domain, as God entrusted the earth to men Genesis 1:28)
Sometimes if we are too focused things can go wrong. Here is an excerpt from The Mothman Prophecies
In a Christian website, I found a testimony of a woman who used to have imaginary friends (who have their own minds and will). They turned out to be demons:
In this video, mentalist Derren Brown demonstrated how he planted ideas into minds of two artists that they created logo he wanted them to create.

If you've studied The Law Of Attraction, you already know that energy attracts "like" energy.
Whether you think good or bad thoughts or believe in this law or not, your thoughts and emotions are literally creating your physical reality.
Scientist, computer geologist & New York Times best-selling author Gregg Braden explains that our brains & hearts are strong electric & magnetic fields…
And when the emotion of the heart marries the thought of the mind, you can literally bring that quantum possibility into the particle reality of your everyday life.
Keep reading to watch this video on the inner workings of your subconscious mind and power techniques you can implement in your life. I found it last week scrolling through facebook and it blew my mind.
This is working 100% of the time inside your brain to create your physical reality.
Yes, the Power of Thoughts are important… but for the REAL quantum physics magic to occur you need to put the power of emotions connected to that specific thought of focus to create the attraction into your life.
If you want abundance in your health, relationships, career and spirit then you must learn how to combine your mind with your heart to create your reality.
Enjoy the video, & share this page with others! So many people are waking up, and what a great video to help that happen…
